Résumé ou extrait
- "The purpose of AP 3002 is to introduce RAF personnel to the fundamentals of air and space warfare as they might apply in the 'most likely' interoperability scenarios articulated in Defence Strategic Guidance. The principles espoused are equally applicable to all scenarios; however, structures and manning levels will vary for any given operation depending on whether operations are US-led, NATO-led, UK-led within a NATO framework multinational coalition or UK standalone. AP 3002 addresses the command and direction of air and space power at the operational level in pursuit of strategic level objectives and execution at the tactical level. It is focused on the employment of air forces in expeditionary warfare, though operations of a non-expeditionary nature are not excluded." (Préface)
